Sunday– Rest Day/Watching Downton Abbey & the premier of The X-Files! Who’s with me?!

Monday– CrossFit WOD @ Gold’s Gym

3 rounds SLOWLY of:
Overhead squats, 21 reps- Video Demo
21 GHD sit-ups- Video Demo
21 hip-back extensions- Video Demo

Take your time and perform each rep slowly and methodically.

Tuesday– 60 min. Cycling Class @ Gold’s Gym

Wednesday– CrossFit WOD @ Gold’s Gym

21-15-9 reps for time of:
275-lb. deadlifts- Video Demo
Strict ring dips- Video Demo Or substitute for every ring dip perform 3 dips and 3 pull-ups.

Thursday– CrossFit WOD @ Gold’s Gym

Tabata push-ups
Run 2 miles
Bottom-to-bottom Tabata squats

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals. Avoid lousy push-ups. For the Tabata squats, remain in the bottom position for the rest intervals, and immediately return to the bottom position after full extension. No resting at the top.

Friday– CrossFit WOD @ Gold’s Gym

5 rounds for time of:
25 GHD sit-ups
25 back extensions
15 pull-ups

Saturday– 3 Mile Run
