Complete as many rounds as possible in 23 minutes of:

9 chest-to-bar pull-ups
65-lb./55-lb. power cleans, 15 reps- Video Demo
21 squats
400-meter run (.25 Mile on treadmill)

Tuesday– 60 min. Cycling Class @ Gold’s Gym

Wednesday– CrossFit WOD @ Gold’s Gym

For time:

Row 1,000 meters

Then, 5 rounds of:
20 back extensions- Video Demo
16 GHD sit-ups- Video Demo

Then, row 1,000 meters

ThursdayCrossFit WOD @ Gold’s Gym

3 rounds for time of:
Run 1 mile
50 pull-ups

Friday– CrossFit WOD @ Gold’s Gym

2 Mile Run

Front squat 70-lb.-85lb. 3-3-3-3-3 reps- Video Demo

Saturday– 3 Mile Run
