I’m back after a week off of workouts from all the Christmas festivities. I hate to admit it, but after last Monday right before Christmas I gave up on exercising. On top of a busy work week I cleaned, shopped, cooked, wrapped presents, decorated and partied until I dropped! I think you can relate. I felt so guilty yet relieved not to have one more thing on my to do list. Once I threw fitness out the window it was easy to toss out healthy eating.
